#PlayMoreSaveMore
Purpose
To encourage badminton players to play more and reach greater heights in terms of skill and fitness.
What are HmBr Rewards
Any purchase on www.hmbrsports.com results in reward points @100 points for every dollar spent on the website. HmBr rewards can then be exchanged for gift vouchers @1000 points for $1.00, that can then be spent on www.hmbrsports.com for buying merchandise or services.
Example:
If a customer spends $40 on www.hmbrsports.com to buy a barrel of humidified HmBr Blue shuttlecocks, the customer is awarded 4000 rewards points. These points can then be exchanged for $4.00 on a gift voucher.
Other ways to use HmBr Reward pointsFor the ease of understanding the below game, certain abbreviations and acronyms will be used. Such as:
- BP’s - Badminton Points
- RP’s Reward Points
- HmBr Customer: a customer who made a purchase of Humidified Birdies on www.hmbrsports.com and has signed up for receiving HmBr Sports newsletter and opted in for marketing material to be sent to their email address
- Requestor: an HmBr customer who sends a request to another HmBr customer
- Acceptor: an HmBr customer who accepts the request from Requestor
Any HmBr Customer (requestor) can request another HmBr customer to play a game of 21 points with them. Once the receiving customer accepts the request to play the game, such customer will be called Acceptor. As part of the request, the requestor offers to share HmBr RP’s to the Acceptor based on the number of points the Acceptors beats the Requestor.
The number of RP’s offered are directly related to the number of BP’s the Acceptor beats the Requestor. The multiplication factor by which the BP’s are multiplied to calculate the RP’s are agreed upon between the players as part of the requestor sending the request to the acceptor.
Example 1:
For example, Anish (requestor) requests Darsh (Acceptor) to play a game of 21 points @100 RP’s for every BP that Darsh beats Anish by. So if Anish loses the game with a score of 21-5, then Darsh receives 16*100 = 1600 HmBr RP’s; these 1600 RP’s are transferred from Anish’s HmBr reward account thereby reducing the balance of points in Anish’s account.
Example 2:
For example, Surya (requestor) requests Anish (Acceptor) to play a game of 21 points @1000 RP’s for every BP that Anish beats Surya by. So if Surya loses the game with a score of 21-5, then Anish receives 16*1000 = 16000 HmBr RP’s; these 16000 RP’s are transferred from Surya’s HmBr reward point account, thereby reducing the balance of points in Anish’s account.
Example 3:
For example, Surya & Anish (Requesters; call it Team Surya) requests Darsh and Nikhil (Acceptors; call it Team Darsh) to play a doubles game of 21 points @100 RP’s for every BP that Darsh and Nikhil beats Surya & Anish by. And if Surya and Anish loses the game with a score of 21-10, then team Darsh will receive 11*100 = 1100 HmBr RP’s (550 RP’s will be added to each players’ HmBr Rewards account; where these 1100 RP’s are transferred from Surya and Anish’s HmBr rewards point account @550 RP’s each;
