Product Information & Availability
HmBr Sports provides proprietary shuttlecock humidification technology and related badminton equipment. While we strive to maintain accuracy in all product descriptions, pricing, and availability details, we reserve the right to:

- Discontinue products or services
- Correct any inaccuracies in product information or pricing
All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance at our sole discretion.
Leased Equipment – HmBr Humidifier
All HmBr Humidifiers provided under subscription plans are leased equipment and remain the property of HmBr Sports.
Leasing Terms
- HmBr Humidifiers are supplied strictly on a lease basis, not as a sale.
- Subscribers receive the device for use only for the duration of their active plan.
Return Requirement
- If a subscriber cancels their plan of service, the leased humidifier must be returned in good working condition.
- The device must be free of damage, excluding normal wear and tear.
Return Process
- Upon cancellation, HmBr will provide return or pickup instructions.
- All returns must be completed within the specified timeline.
- Customers are responsible for safely packaging the device during return.
Damage, Loss & Non-Return Fees
- Any damage, missing parts, or loss may result in repair or replacement charges.
- Failure to return the humidifier within the required period will incur a non-return fee, which may include the full device value or a predetermined penalty.
Modifications
- Any changes to a subscription may impact lease terms.
- HmBr may require return or replacement of the humidifier if terms change.
Ordering & Payment Terms
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards and secure payment methods processed through PCI-compliant third-party providers. Payment must be received in full before order dispatch.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order completion.
Shipping & Delivery
Domestic Shipping (USA)
- Free shipping within the United States
- Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days after processing
International Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days after processing
- International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or fees not included in the checkout total
- Customers are responsible for all applicable international fees

Returns & Refunds
Return Eligibility
- Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are:
- Unused and undamaged
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Not personalized or custom-made items
Return Process

Refund Processing
Upon receiving and inspecting returned items, we will process refunds within 6–8 business days to your original payment method.
Order Cancellation & Modification
Cancellation requests must be submitted immediately after placing your order by contacting support@hmbrsports.com.
Once orders have been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may return the order following our standard return policy.
HmBr Rewards Program
Our loyalty program allows customers to earn and redeem points through purchases and gameplay challenges. Program terms include:
- Earn 100 points per dollar spent
- Participate in badminton match challenges for bonus points
- Points redeemable for gift vouchers and products
- Program participation requires HmBr newsletter subscription
